E-commerce Operations +
ETQ designs clean wardrobe essentials with a strong silhouette.
We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.
This role combines daily customer care with hands-on webshop execution. You’ll work at the heart of our e-commerce operation — improving processes, optimizing the webshop and helping shape the full customer journey.
It’s a position with real responsibility and room to grow within the e-commerce field. As ETQ evolves, so can your role.
Salary range: €2600 – €3100 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and skill level.
The role
- You handle customer communication before and after purchase.
- You keep the webshop clean, current and accurate in Shopify.
- You improve product and collection content with clarity and consistency.
- You work closely with the team to keep operations running quietly and efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Customer care via email, phone and DM
- Returns & exchanges: process requests, keep the flow organised
- Resolve order and delivery issues end-to-end (clear, solution-driven)
- Update Shopify content: product pages, collections, navigation and campaign banners
- Add new products and ensure product information is correct and consistent
- Write and improve product and collection copy (SEO-focused, minimal, on-brand)
- Spot recurring questions and improve FAQ/templates to reduce friction
- Flag structural issues to the team (so we fix the cause, not just the ticket)
Success looks like
- Fast, calm and consistent customer communication
- A webshop that stays accurate, structured and up to date
- Less repetitive questions through better content and templates
- Clear internal signals on recurring issues (delivery, sizing, product info, UX)
Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication (Dutch & English)
- Structured, precise and independent
- Comfortable with e-commerce tools (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Calm under pressure — you solve, you don’t escalate
- Good feeling for writing clear product and collection text

Customer Care +
As Customer Care at ETQ, you are the direct link between our brand and our customers. You handle all daily communication with clarity, speed and confidence. Every message is an opportunity to strengthen the experience and build long-term loyalty.
You respond solution-driven, keep the tone calm and professional, and ensure that every interaction reflects the standard of ETQ.
Salary range: €2,600 – €3,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and skill level.
The role
- You are the first point of contact for customers before and after purchase.
- You solve issues end-to-end (delivery, returns, sizing, complaints) without unnecessary back-and-forth.
- You protect the ETQ tone of voice: clear, mature and helpful.
- You work closely with logistics and the team to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Answer customer questions via email, phone and DM
- Handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- Resolve complaints and product issues in a structured way
- Give size advice and product guidance
- Keep the inbox organised and response times tight
- Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team (so we fix the cause, not just the ticket)
- Help improve templates, FAQs and automations to reduce repetitive questions
- Support order processing when needed

Customer Care +
As Part-Time Customer Care at ETQ (16–24 hours), you are the direct link between our brand and our customers. This role is ideal alongside your studies if you are structured, communicative and eager to learn.
You handle daily customer communication with clarity and speed, think in solutions and keep the tone calm and professional. Every interaction is a chance to strengthen the ETQ experience.
You will gain hands-on experience within a growing e-commerce brand and learn how customer care connects to webshop operations, logistics and brand building.
This position is for 16–24 hours per week and can be combined with your studies.
The role
- You support the customer care flow and keep response times tight.
- You handle common questions and requests independently (returns, sizing, order updates).
- You escalate only when needed — and always with full context.
What you’ll do
- Answer customer questions via email and DM (phone depending on schedule)
- Handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- Give size advice and product guidance
- Resolve basic complaints and delivery issues
- Keep the inbox organised and templated replies up to date
- Flag recurring questions so we can improve FAQ/automation
Profile
- Strong communication skills (Dutch & English)
- Structured and reliable
- Comfortable with e-commerce tools (Shopify is a plus)
- Available 16–24 hours per week
