Our return policy

• Please return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Make sure all items are clean and unworn. All original tags and dust bags must be included.
• All the returns can be made through our online return portal
• If you make an exchange (different size, different colour) it will be free (only inside the EU) and ETQ will take these cost. 
• The cost of a return is at your own expense. This will be deducted from your refund.

• After your return is accepted you will receive a return label which you can use to send it back to us. UK & USA customers will also receive a custom form which they should add to the shipment so you don't have to pay duties for the return.
