Cleaning Service










This is how it works
Add the cleaning service to your cart and check out. We’ll then send an email with a link to download your personalized shipping label*.
Pack up your ETQs and ship them to us. Upon receiving your ETQs, we’ll apply a full cleaning service routine, using ETQ x SneakerLAB® products to clean your pair.
Once we’re done, we’ll ship your pair back to you.

Standing by our products’ quality and wanting to help you extend its lifespan, we are happy to offer you ETQ Laundry Store, a cleaning service in our Amsterdam flagship store.
Our cleaning routine:

- Sneaker Cleaner
- Odor Protector
- Sneaker Protector
- New laces
- Optional: new insoles
- Optional: arch support
*€10,- will be charged at check-out to cover both way shipping

Please note, this service might take up to two weeks, starting from the moment we receive your shoes.

Replenishment
Please be aware that while we make every effort to service your items back to the best condition possible, there could be slight changes needed to color match the new laces. Our replenishment service for the laces is upon stock availability.

This is not a repair service
Please note, this is not a repair service. We may turn down pairs if deemed not serviceable (e.g. too much damage, abrasions, discoloration, dried-out leather, etc.). We are generally unable to service items back to the best condition possible that have enjoyed a long, well-worn life, but an alternative solution will be offered where possible.

You'll receive a voucher for each of your cleaned pairs. Vouchers can't be used in conjunction with each other or other promotions.

ETQ is not liable for parcels that end up getting lost during shipping to us. Add insurance if you wish to when downloading your label.
