Ons retourbeleid

• Retourneer je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.
• Zorg ervoor dat alle items schoon en ongedragen zijn. Alle originele labels en verpakkingen moeten aanwezig zijn.
• Voor retourneren vanuit EU, VK en VS moeten retouren aangemeld worden via onze online retour portalen
• Nadat je retourzending is geaccepteerd, ontvang je een retourlabel waarmee je het naar ons kunt terugsturen. VK & VS klanten ontvangen ook een aangepast formulier dat ze bij de zending moeten voegen, zodat zij geen invoerrechten hoeven te betalen voor de retourzending.
