Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. To withdraw, tell us with a clear statement, for example by email to service@etq-amsterdam.com or through our return portal. We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or proof you sent them. Send the goods back within 14 days through the return portal. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
