Returns & Exchanges

Returning a product is possible by pushing the button below. Here you can submit the product(s) you wish to return, through our online return portal. When requesting a return or exchange, please make sure to mind the following information.

For returns with multiple items, an additional €2 handling fee is charged per extra item.

Return process

  • Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
  • Select the item you would like to return or exchange and choose a reason.
  • Select your preferred option, either a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
  • You will receive a QR code for a paperless return label.
  • Simply drop off your parcel at a nearby collection point.

We process your return within 10 working days after receipt. Once everything has been checked, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can track the status of your return via the carrier’s tracking link.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or colour, we recommend choosing store credit in our returns portal instead of the standard exchange option. This gives you more flexibility and ensures a faster process.

Simply register your item for store credit. Once your return has been processed, you will receive store credit for the full value of your item as well as the return shipping costs. You can then immediately place a new order for your preferred style or colour.

This way, you avoid waiting for stock availability and benefit from a smooth and flexible exchange experience.

Costs

Return costs can be found in the overview above per country. If you choose to use your own carrier, we are unable to reimburse these costs.

For each additional item within the same return, a €2 handling fee applies.

Has the price of the item changed since your purchase? In that case, we will settle the difference using store credit. If this applies to your order, please contact us at service@etq-amsterdam.com after submitting your exchange request.

Conditions

You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene products, the seal must remain intact. If the item does not meet these conditions, we are unable to accept the return.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return or exchange via our returns portal.

Socks and boxers can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal remains intact. If the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return.

International returns

Returns from outside the EU (except the UK) are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means all customs charges, taxes, and duties are your responsibility.

We can’t reimburse or estimate these costs, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Always register your return via our returns portal first. Through the portal, you will receive the required commercial invoice for customs.

In this case, you will not receive a return label. You can choose your own carrier and arrange the shipment via a postal service or courier to the address below. Shipping costs and any import duties are at your own expense.
