Our return policy
- All orders can be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or model within 14 days upon arrival through our online return portal.
- Your order must be shipped within this 14-day return window.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- All the returns or exchanges can be made through our online return portal.
- The cost of a return or exchange is at your own expense. This will be deducted from your refund.

- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.
- After your return is accepted, you will receive a return label which you can use to send it back to us. FOR ALL NON-EU RETURNS: Please add 3 times the invoice value on the parcel in a document slide. Please ask service@etq-amsterdam.com to provide you with these documents.
