Brutti aloni dopo il lavaggio!
L'ho indossato solo due volte. L'ho lavato a mano seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni di lavaggio. Dopo l'asciugatura, su una delle maniche sono comparse delle brutte macchie marroni. Ho contattato il servizio clienti. Mi hanno risposto: «(…) Questo tipo di reazione non si è mai verificata prima con questo articolo, e non è qualcosa che dovrebbe verificarsi a causa del tessuto stesso se le istruzioni di lavaggio vengono seguite correttamente. Per questo motivo, purtroppo non possiamo considerarlo un problema di qualità e non possiamo offrire un rimborso o una sostituzione in questo caso. (…)” Ma il solo fatto che non abbiano mai riscontrato nulla di simile in precedenza non significa che non si tratti di un problema di qualità. Il tessuto ha reagito con qualcosa: sudore, deodorante, o altro. Un prodotto di alta qualità non dovrebbe farlo. Un buon servizio clienti avrebbe almeno offerto una qualche forma di rimborso. Invece, niente!

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot.
