Cosa dicono del nostro loafer.
Premium suede loafers for men
The loafer is one of ETQ's defining pieces: a clean slip-on you can wear straight out of the box. Designed in our Dutch studio and made in family-owned ateliers in Portugal, most are cut from Mediterranean Suede, sanded for a soft hand. The LS 01 is the one to start with: a clean suede slip-on, comfortable from the first step, on a durable rubber outsole, with the trainer-like comfort customers mention most.
One pair covers a lot of ground, which is why many customers own several: a loafer reads relaxed with shorts and sharp under tailoring.
The loafer range
- LS 01: the core low slip-on, in suede and full suede.
- LS 03 and LS 05: refined variations on the slip-on for a slightly different profile.
- LS 04 Nubuck: a firmer, more structured nap for a dressier look.
- ML mid loafer: a higher-cut slip-on that covers more of the foot, for cooler days.
- MC 01 moccasin: a clean slip-on without the penny strap, made to move from casual to smart.

How to wear loafers
In summer, wear them sockless or with no-show socks under shorts or rolled chinos, with a T-shirt or polo. For the office, a plain suede loafer sits cleanly under tailored trousers, while the MC moccasin keeps things smart-casual. As it cools, the ML mid loafer pairs with denim and knitwear. See our business casual edit for more.
How loafers fit
Slip-ons are meant to fit precisely from day one: they sit close to the foot and lean slightly snug, then relax as the suede gives. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. The fit indicator on each product page is built from real customer returns and is the most reliable guide.
Frequently asked questions
Do ETQ loafers run big or small?
They sit slightly snug at first and relax with wear, so if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Each product page carries a fit indicator built from real customer returns.
Do I wear loafers with or without socks?
Either. They are made to be worn barefoot or with no-show socks in warm weather, and with trousers or denim when it cools.
Are suede loafers comfortable straight away?
Yes. There is no break-in period; reviewers regularly describe the comfort as trainer-like.
Can I wear suede loafers to the office?
Yes. A plain suede LS loafer works under tailored trousers, while the MC moccasin keeps an outfit smart-casual.
How do I care for suede loafers?
Apply a protector spray before first wear and re-apply now and then. They handle light rain once protected but are not built for heavy wet weather. See our shoe care range and care guide.
What is the difference between the LS, ML and MC loafers?
The LS is the core low slip-on, the ML is a mid loafer that sits higher on the foot, and the MC is a moccasin, a clean slip-on without the penny strap.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

What sets mercerized cotton apart is its ability to hold dye exceptionally well, resulting in vibrant, rich colors that resist fading over time.
