ETQ assicura ogni acquisto durante il trasporto fino al momento della consegna. Gli ordini possono richiedere una firma al momento della consegna, momento in cui la responsabilità della spedizione passa a te. Se hai indicato un destinatario diverso da te per la consegna, accetti inoltre che la firma di tale terza parte costituisca prova sufficiente di consegna e di adempimento da parte di ETQ Amsterdam.
Sconto IVA
I clienti che ordinano da fuori dell’Unione Europea, ad eccezione dei clienti del Regno Unito, riceveranno uno sconto IVA del 21% sul loro ordine. Questo viene applicato al checkout una volta inseriti i dati di consegna oppure quando cambi paese o valuta durante la navigazione sul nostro sito web.

Your fresh pair arrives in style. Your shoes come in two all-purpose zip bags made from recycled PET bottles. Use them to store your ETQs, toiletries, pencils, and more. Just like your shoes, these bags are crafted to last.
We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
