Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Our return policy
- All orders can be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or model within 14 days upon arrival through our online return portal.
- Your order must be shipped within this 14-day return window.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- All the returns or exchanges can be made through our online return portal.
- The cost of a return or exchange is at your own expense. This will be deducted from your refund.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit for the SW 01:
Shoulder
For your shoulder dimensions, have someone you know position the tape's end where your arm and shoulder connect, specifically at the most pronounced part. Then, keeping the tape firm, extend it directly over your back to the other shoulder's edge. This number represents your shoulder width. As another option, you might use a well-worn shirt you love for reference.
Sleeve length
To gauge the length of your sleeve, use the measuring tape starting from the peak of your arm or the most pronounced shoulder section, extending to a bit above the wrist. This number signifies the length of your sleeve.
Pit to Pit / Chest
To determine the size of your chest, use a measuring tape and encircle it around the broadest section beneath your arms. It should fit comfortably without being too constricting. Make sure the tape remains level with the ground. This gives you the chest size. Halve this number to obtain the across-chest dimension.
Total length
To ascertain your back's length, get someone to position the measuring tape at your neck's base, specifically where the noticeable bump is. With the tape held firm, it should be extended directly to your hip's beginning. This figure is the measurement of your back's length. If preferred, you can also use a beloved shirt as a guide.
