Shipping outside the EU? (Excluding the United Kingdom)

Orders outside the European Union are shipped on a DDU basis (Delivery Duties Unpaid). In most cases, local import duties are approximately 5% of the order value.

Every order is insured until the moment of delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. From that moment, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If you choose to have your order delivered to someone else, their signature will be considered as confirmation of successful delivery.

Ordering from outside the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom? Dutch VAT will be automatically removed. The 21% discount is applied once you select your shipping country or change your country and currency. Clear and transparent, with no surprises.

Orders shipped outside the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom, are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis (DDU).
