Our return policy
- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.

Very nice glasses, well-made, and they work just as described! I'm satisfied!
Perfect glasses
I usually don’t like sunglasses with very dark lenses, but these are perfect. They reduce the glare without making everything seem too dark. The fit is excellent as well, it matches the measurements of my other glasses perfectly.
A good pair of glasses
I'm very sensitive to light, and these glasses help me get through my day more easily. They’re great for home and outdoors on normal days. However, on very bright days, I need sunglasses with darker lenses. The craftsmanship is good, but not perfect. My first pair had a slight crack. Customer support was very accommodating, so everything works out and I’m still happy with them.
I received the broken glasses, but I haven't been reimbursed
I received the glasses broken, and even though I sent a photo to customer service, they didn’t send me a replacement pair or refund my money, even though I’m a loyal customer
Top glasses
Mega good glasses, for more peace in my mind. Tints well when there is too much sun. And with looking at screens, gives less blue light.

Not the quality I expect
I like the design and feel but after 2 months of wear, the glasses and frame are squeaking and don feel like they are going to last a long time. I was hoping on a better price quality match.

Game changer
Delivery was painless. First 2 days you need to let these glasses become part of your daily habits. Had to adjust it a little bit to fit smooth. Now after 4 weeks i can’t live without these lenses. The impact is huge. No more heavy or burning eyes. More Focus and better recovery in the end. Game changer!!

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
