Order before 16:00 and we ship your order the same working day.
Most orders ship from our UK warehouse, so there are no customs or duties to pay. If an item isn’t in stock there, we send it from our Dutch warehouse at our cost.

Good to know
- We ship on working days. On New Year’s Day, King’s Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, we take a day off.
- Delivery times are a guide. Very occasionally it takes a day longer, for example while your payment is still being processed.
- We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
Insured in transit
Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.
Ordering from outside the EU?
Outside the EU (except the UK), you don’t pay Dutch VAT: the 21% comes off your order automatically at checkout, as soon as you enter your address or switch country or currency. Import duties and local taxes aren’t included; the carrier collects them on delivery (DDU). We can’t calculate or cover them in advance, so check with your local customs office what to expect.

Returns & exchanges
Easy returns in the UK
Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, through our return portal. Your return goes to our UK warehouse, so there are no customs or duties to deal with. Exchanging for another size is free.

Good to know
- Send your items back clean and unworn, with their tags and packaging. That way we can process them quickly.
- Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
- Returning more than one item? We charge a £2 handling fee for each extra item.
- You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
- Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.
- If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may refund it in part or not at all.

Nice, but not as elegant as in the photo
The bag is pretty and made of nice leather, but it's not as elegant as it looks in the photo on the website. It actually has a mediocre structure, is flimsy, and the straps are also of mediocre quality.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

Le sac est joli, dans un beau cuir, mais il n’est pas aussi élégant que sur la photo du site. Il est en fait de tenue moyenne, mou, et les bretelles sont aussi de qualité moyenne.
