Made with Sneaker LAB, in formulas that break down rather than build up. Clean them weekly and they stay yours longer.

Good to know
- We dispatch on working days, so not at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
- Delivery times are a guide. Very occasionally it takes a day longer, for example while your payment is still being processed.
- We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
Insured in transit
Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.

Easy returns in the UK
Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, through our return portal. Your return goes to our UK warehouse, so there are no customs or duties to deal with. Exchanging for another size is free.

Good to know
- Send your items back clean and unworn, with their tags and packaging. That way we can process them quickly.
- Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
- Returning more than one item? We charge a £2 handling fee for each extra item.
- You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
- Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.
- If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may refund it in part or not at all.

At ETQ we focus on the things even the eye can’t see, to build better. All shoes are designed in Amsterdam and crafted in Portugal. The family-owned atelier works with traditional methods. Together we are masters of precision engineering.
When it comes to materials, our bar is high. No shortcuts. ETQs premium suedes and leathers are smooth like butter and cherry-picked per shoe. Obsessive, yes. But: soon after wearing ETQ you will notice the quality difference.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
