Our return policy
- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.
- The cost of a return or exchange is shown in the table below.
- Costs incurred for returns using a carrier of choice cannot be reimbursed.

Definitely worth the money
Great fit and comfortable material. I think it could look slightly more premium and formal, and then they'd be perfect

Abrasion and stains between the legs
After use, the fabric between the legs is worn away. There are also stains that do not come out of the pants, even though the pants have not been worn and have only been worn for a few hours.
Nice pants but needs improvement
I wish the rise would be a bit higher and that the fabric would be a bit thicker

Super cozy
The pants are mega cozy. Totally recommended. The fabric is also super soft and it stretches good so it makes it easy to wear it for different occasions.

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

How to measure
Use a pair of pants or trousers that fit you well and lay them flat to get the most accurate measurements. Here’s how:
Waist
Measure across the top of the waistband from one side to the other. The shown size is an average in a relaxed state; the elastic waistband with drawstrings allows for 5–7 cm of adjustment, tighter or looser.
Hip
Lay the pants flat and measure across the widest part of the hips, usually 16 cm below the waist.
Leg opening
Measure flat from seam to seam across the bottom of the pant leg.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch along the inside seam down to the bottom of the leg.
Length
Measure from the bottom of the waistband down to the bottom of the leg.
