How do I find my correct shoe size?
Use our size guide to convert your foot length into the correct EU/US/UK size. Measure your foot length in centimetres (stand on a sheet of paper with your heels against a wall and mark your longest toe), then compare it to our size chart. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Does ETQ footwear run true to size?
Fit can vary slightly depending on the style and material, so we always recommend checking the size guide on the specific product rather than relying on a size you normally wear elsewhere. If you're unsure between two sizes, our customer service team is happy to advise based on the specific style.
I ordered the wrong size, can I get it changed?
As soon as an order is placed, our warehouse automatically begins processing it, so we're unable to change the size (or cancel the order) while it's still on its way to you. Once you've received your order, simply register an exchange for the correct size through our returns portal, it works the same as any other exchange, and in most countries exchanges are free.

You can also use the interactive Fit Guide on the product page, just answer a few quick questions and it'll recommend your size for that specific item.
