Nappa is the softest leather we work with, and this is the shoe built around it. Smooth enough that light runs across the upper rather than catching on it, soft enough that it gives within the first week and then stops moving. It asks nothing of you and reads clean against everything.
- Handmade in Portugal, in a family-run factory we have worked with for years. Designed in the Netherlands.
- Nappa leather from an LWG Gold tannery in Alcanena, Portugal. Smooth enough that light runs across it rather than catching.
- Stitched, not glued. The upper is attached to the sole with a seam, so the shoe bends where your foot bends.
- Hand-lasted, then inspected twice before it leaves the factory.
- Between 20 and 40 separate components in every pair, put together by hand.
- A removable memory foam insole that softens to the shape of your foot. Lift it out to fit a fresh one or your own orthotics.
- A full leather lining that softens with wear and settles to the shape of the foot.
- Our own sole, from our own mould, in a rubber blend we specified ourselves: enough give to walk on all day, firm enough to hold its shape.
- A reinforced toe and heel counter inside the shoe, so it still holds its shape wear after wear.
- Tonal metal eyelets and nylon laces, so nothing catches the eye before the shape does. Spare laces are available separately.
- The ETQ signature square at the heel.
- A reusable travel bag comes in the box, for wherever the shoes go next.
- The white box is the shipping box, so there is no second carton to throw away.

Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.

Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, through our return portal. Your return goes to our UK warehouse, so there are no customs or duties to deal with. Exchanging for another size is free.

- Send your items back clean and unworn, with their tags and packaging. That way we can process them quickly.
- Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
- Returning more than one item? We charge a £2 handling fee for each extra item.
- You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
- Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.
- If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may refund it in part or not at all.

Premium price, disappointing quality and even worse customer service
I bought a pair of ETQ LT 01 Premium Nappa sneakers and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. After wearing the shoes only three times, they developed a very noticeable squeaking noise when walking. For a shoe positioned and priced as a premium product, I simply don't think this is acceptable. I contacted ETQ customer service and explained the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, I was given a list of troubleshooting suggestions: wear them more to break them in, check the insoles and clean the soles. I followed all of their recommendations, but the problem remained exactly the same. I contacted them again and made clear that the shoes had barely been worn and that their proposed solutions had not worked. Unfortunately, the handling of the complaint was anything but what I would expect from a premium brand. A quality issue can happen with any product. What really determines my opinion of a company is how they deal with it afterwards. In this case, both the product quality and the after-sales experience have been disappointing. I will keep the shoes and consider this a lesson learned, but I will not order from ETQ again. For a brand selling €200 sneakers, I expected considerably better quality control and customer service. Definitely not the premium experience I expected.

Feels like heaven
I have tried many white sneakers. However, these LT 01 Court Lite Premium from ETQ feel superior!. I love the soft and comfort feel and also walking is excellent as if I were walking on clouds. No cheap inlay (as many other sneaker companys use) but genuine high quality leather. This will last forever. I love my ETQs!

I was a bit unsure at first because the sole is chunkier than the minimal sneakers I usually go for, but on foot it actually looks cleaner and less bulky than expected. The leather feels premium, the shape still looks sleek, and the white sole gives it a bit more character without making it too loud. For me it feels like a good middle ground between a classic clean sneaker and something slightly more modern.

Really uncomfortable, bad customer service
Would not recommend these trainers. They caused severe blisters after only two hours of wear, which suggests there is clearly an issue with the fit or construction. Trainers should not cause this level of discomfort in such a short period of time. Despite this, the company refused to allow a return and only sent what appeared to be generic AI-generated responses rather than properly addressing the issue.

Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
