Our return policy
- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.
- The cost of a return or exchange is shown in the table below.
- Costs incurred for returns using a carrier of choice cannot be reimbursed.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.

Classic elegant design and fabulous consumer care
Shoes look amazing. Delivered within 2 days, arrived in a nice box, easy to open and with a bag to protect the shoes. I Had to exchange them because I selected the wrong size and the process was flawless, fast and easy; even when I called by phone to follow up, there was an actual person talking to me who picked up one phone after just one ring in two minutes. That’s something that you never see nowadays. They solved my problem, the new shoes arrived on time and my card reimbursed as expected. Highly recommended.

Laces improvement
Hi, love the shoes - much more comfortable than most of my other ‘chino trainers’ and they look great on. I have found that the laces get stuck and then chafed/torn when being pulled through the eyelets. Not sure if it’s rough finishing or perhaps the material used is a bit too abrasive? The quality of the laces is excellent and give a great finishing look to the shoes so I’ll be disappointed when I have to replace them eventually. Hopefully you sell replacement laces, I haven’t checked yet, but this is the only small issue I have with a very nice shoe still very pleased overall

Size not true to UK sizes, is large go one size down. Their return policy and payment for shipping is not worth the hustle. Never again ordering from them.

Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
