- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.

These aren't just fashion sneakers; they are clearly built to last and give me rugged durability for years to come. My lifestyle demands a lot from my footwear. Working in New York City as an exercise physiologist, my daily schedule is a nonstop gauntlet that requires total versatility. On any given day, I need a shoe that looks sharp and sophisticated enough to maintain a business-casual professional standard in a clinical setting, holds up to the physical demands of demonstrating complex movements and exercises for patients, and can immediately pivot into the gym for heavy, intense workouts. Super sneaker. Good and nice fit. Normally I have sneaker size 38.5EU. But the 39EU of ETQ fits perfectly. Because of this, after the black version, I also bought the white sneaker.

Quickly becoming my favourite footwear! From day one they have been incredibly comfortable. They have held their shape really well so still look really crisp and fresh. Great buy!

Initial visual was different to what I expected from advertisement. Birds eye view was not in any visuals. Angled visual looks best. Initial wear seemed uncomfortable, but tightened laces for better fit. Days wear helped. Back heel is still sometimes hard and uncomfortable but only worn them 3 times and usually for 10 hours each wear. Thicker cushioning may help. Front velvet strip should be smaller for a less casual look. Back story around ETQ design and values swayed decision to buy. Hope my feedback is appreciated.
No doubt an amazing shoe!
I seem to be on a sneaker phase, purchasing multiple/select brands for style/design, comfort/fit, materials/manufacturing, history, and overall wear. One of a few that stood out was ETQ and their LT02 rugged certainly stood out in terms of beauty and design! So yes, seeing it in person did not disappoint! The eclectic black suede, full-grain, and rubber, coupled with the shape and style matched and complimented the whole design of the shoe! Beautiful! Super comfortable too, lots of room, and the way the shoelaces were designed allowed for more bespoke fitting. Sadly it did lose a star simply because the shoe made constant "squeaky" sounds when worn. Whether I walk slowly, jog, or simply flex my feet when sat in the office, you get this squeaky sound, like it may need oiling. Part of the joy of sneakers is that they are silent when you walk, and which I get with other luxury sneaker brands. A shame, and it certainly limits where I wear these shoes.
