Our return policy 

• All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
• Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
  
• Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
• Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
• By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
• We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
• Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.
• The cost of a return or exchange is shown in the table below.
• Costs incurred for returns using a carrier of choice cannot be reimbursed.
• When returning multiple items, we charge a €2 handling fee for each additional item.

• After your return is accepted, you will receive a return label which you can use to send it back to us.
• All returns within the UK can be sent to our UK warehouse. Through the return portal, you will receive a return label directed to that warehouse.

When it comes to materials, our bar is high. No shortcuts. ETQs premium suedes and leathers are smooth like butter and cherry-picked per shoe. Obsessive, yes. But: soon after wearing ETQ you will notice the quality difference.

Unboxing like never before

Your fresh pair arrives in style. Your shoes come in two all-purpose zip bags made from recycled PET bottles. Use them to store your ETQs, toiletries, pencils, and more. Just like your shoes, these bags are crafted to last.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.
