LT 05 Layered Gum Dark Sand Nubuck Leather / Mediterranean Suede

The LT 05 borrows its shapes from retro courts: the toe cap, the gum sole, familiar without being literal. Premium materials sharpen that silhouette into something quieter, trading nostalgia's usual noise for restraint. Minimal in form, rich in hand, the balance is the point.

• Handmade in Portugal, in a family-run factory we have worked with for years. Designed in the Netherlands.
• Hand-lasted, then inspected twice before it leaves the factory.
• Between 20 and 40 separate components in every pair, put together by hand.
• A reinforced toe and heel counter inside the shoe, so it still holds its shape after a year of wearing.
• Our own sole, from our own mould, in a rubber blend we specified ourselves: enough give to walk on all day, firm enough to hold its shape.
• Stitched, not glued. The upper is attached to the sole with a seam, so the shoe bends where your foot bends.
• A full leather lining that softens with wear and settles to the shape of the foot.
• A removable memory foam insole that softens to the shape of your foot and holds it there.
• The insole lifts straight out, so you can put in a fresh one or wear your own orthotics. Spare laces are available separately.
• Nubuck and suede across the upper, with a full-grain heel where the wear goes.
• Piping detail. A fine trim along the seams, the kind of handwork detail that separates a good shoe from a considered one.
• The ETQ signature square at the heel.
• A reusable travel bag comes in the box, for wherever the shoes go next.
• The white box is the shipping box, so there is no second carton to throw away.
