• Please return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Make sure all items are clean and unworn. All original tags and dust bags must be included.
• The cost of a return is at your own expense, including import duties.
• Our return address is: ETQ, Edisonweg 11, 4207 HE Gorinchem, The Netherlands.
• For EU, USA and the UK returns can be made through our online return portal.
• After your return is accepted you will receive a return label which you can use to send it back to ETQ. UK & USA customers will also receive a custom form which they should add to the shipment so you don't have to pay duties for the return.
