Our return policy
- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.

ETQ stands for Elegant, Timeless, Quality
…and it truly lives up to that promise. The clothing is well worth the money. The color selection is carefully curated, making it easy to mix and match. The garments are easy to care for and suitable for a wide range of occasions, from casual to more elegant settings. One thing I would love to see is a wider selection of long-sleeve lightweight shirts. They would be especially useful on very sunny days, providing extra sun protection while remaining comfortable to wear.

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
