• Hai bisogno di una taglia diversa? Puoi richiedere un cambio tramite il nostro portale resi.
• Gli articoli devono essere puliti, non indossati e restituiti con tutte le etichette e l’imballaggio in buone condizioni.
• Per motivi igienici, la biancheria intima può essere restituita o cambiata solo se il sigillo è ancora intatto.
  
• Se un articolo restituito non soddisfa le nostre condizioni di reso, potremmo rifiutare il rimborso in tutto o in parte.
• Ti consigliamo di utilizzare il nostro portale resi. Se scegli un corriere di tua scelta, non siamo responsabili per eventuali smarrimenti durante il trasporto e l’elaborazione potrebbe richiedere più tempo.
• Se utilizzi un corriere di tua scelta, tali costi di reso non saranno rimborsati.
• Per i resi con più articoli, si applica una commissione di gestione di €2.00 per ogni articolo aggiuntivo a partire dal secondo articolo.
• Se c’è una differenza di prezzo dovuta a una promozione in corso, questa può essere compensata con un voucher.

Se restituisci un articolo da un paese al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, ad eccezione del Regno Unito, sei responsabile di eventuali dazi doganali, imposte o altri costi applicabili. Your fresh pair arrives in style. Your shoes come in two all-purpose zip bags made from recycled PET bottles. Use them to store your ETQs, toiletries, pencils, and more. Just like your shoes, these bags are crafted to last.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.
