ETQ asegura cada compra durante el transporte hasta que se te entrega. Los pedidos pueden requerir firma en el momento de la entrega, momento en el que la responsabilidad del envío pasa a ti. Si has indicado un destinatario distinto de ti para la entrega, también aceptas que la firma de ese tercero sea prueba suficiente de entrega y de cumplimiento por parte de ETQ Amsterdam.
Descuento de IVA
Los clientes que hagan pedidos desde fuera de la Unión Europea, excepto los clientes del UK, recibirán un descuento del IVA del 21% en su pedido. Este se aplica en el checkout una vez que hayas introducido tus datos de entrega o cuando cambies de país o divisa mientras navegas por nuestro sitio web.
Aduanas, aranceles e impuestos
Todos los pedidos enviados a países fuera de la Unión Europea, excepto el UK, se envían con Delivery Duties Unpaid, DDU. Los aranceles, derechos e impuestos no están incluidos en el precio del artículo ni en el coste del envío. - Los artículos deben estar limpios, sin usar y devolverse con todas las etiquetas y el embalaje en buen estado.
- Por razones de higiene, la ropa interior solo puede devolverse o cambiarse si el precinto sigue intacto.
- Si un artículo devuelto no cumple con nuestras condiciones de devolución, podremos rechazar el reembolso total o parcial.
- Recomendamos utilizar nuestro portal de devoluciones. Si eliges tu propio transportista, no nos hacemos responsables de pérdidas durante el transporte y el proceso puede tardar más.

Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

2. Sleeve length
Starting at the shoulder seam, measure down to the end of the sleeve.
3. Pit to Pit / Chest
Measure from one armpit seam to the other, straight across the front.
4. Total length
Measure from the top of the shoulder, where the seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
