True to size: most reviewers say so, and returns for too small and too big are level. Take your usual size; between sizes, take the bigger one.

No, we only make whole sizes. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one: you can fill a little space, but you can't add length. A slightly thicker insole or thicker socks take up the extra room, and the insole lifts out, so swapping it takes seconds.

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wearing and let it dry at room temperature, away from the heater. Use a neutral leather cream every few months to keep it supple. Light marks on white leather come off with a leather cleaner. Skip household cleaners and the washing machine. Nappa is a natural material, so small colour differences between batches are normal.

A little, yes. Every leather shoe creases where the foot bends; it is part of how it wears in. Shoe trees and a bit of leather cream keep the creases soft.

The structured panels open into mesh, which drops the weight and lets the shoe breathe. Leather stays where the shoe needs structure, mesh sits where your foot needs air, and an onSteam® lining moves moisture away on long days. It sits on the same City sole as the other LT 03s.

Yes. The insole lifts out, so you can fit a fresh one or your own orthotics.

Yes, manufacturing defects are covered by the statutory warranty. Something not right? Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll find a solution together. Normal wear and damage from use are not covered.
