Description

Take the buttons off a polo and the collar starts behaving like a lapel. The PO 05 has no placket at all, so the neck opens softly and sits flat under a jacket. Cut close to the body, knitted fine in cotton and silk. The easiest thing here to wear to dinner. Hand wash it at 30°C and dry it flat: silk loses its softness in a tumble dryer.

Insured in transit

Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.

Outside the EU (except the UK), you don’t pay Dutch VAT: the 21% comes off your order automatically at checkout, as soon as you enter your address or switch country or currency. 5% import duty and 5% VAT generally apply, plus a FedEx handling fee, on or after delivery.

  • Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
  • Returning more than one item? We charge a €2 handling fee for each extra item.
  • You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
  • Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.

    The fabric is high quality, really soft and breathes well. The cuffs and the collar are really well made and give the polo a clean, sophisticated Look. The fit ist rather slim and short, I usually wear Medium for Reiss or Suitsupply (6foot, slim-athletic body Type) and found the M a little short and small, especially because it slightly shrunk after the cold wash. So I would recommend to go for the larger size If you are in between sizes. Overall are great product, would recommend to pick up ecru and navy with your first purchase as they go with everything!

    Ugly spots after washing!

    I only wore it twice. Washed it by hand following the care instructions closely. After drying it developed ugly brown spots on one of the sleeves. Contacted the customer support. They said: „(…) This kind of reaction is not something we have seen before with this item, and it is not something that should occur from the fabric itself when the care instructions are followed correctly. Because of this, we’re unfortunately not able to treat this as a quality issue and we cannot offer a refund or replacement in this case. (…)“ But just that they haven’t see something like that before doesn’t mean it isn’t a quality issue. The fabric reacted with something, sweat, deodorant, whatever. A high quality product shouldn’t. Good customer service would have at least offered some kind of refund. But nothing!

How does the PO 05 fit?

It sits close through the chest and shoulder, with a clean line that does not cling. It runs small, so between sizes, take the larger size.

What is the cotton and silk blend like?

70% cotton, 30% silk, finely knitted. Cotton brings the body and the breathability, silk the way it takes the light. The fine knit gives the surface texture up close and reads plain from a distance.

How do I wash cotton and silk?

Hand wash at 30°C and dry flat. Silk loses its softness in a tumble dryer.

How is the PO 05 different from the PO 04?

The PO 05 has a buttonless collar, for a clean, open neckline. The PO 04 has a three-button placket, knitted so the collar stands up on its own. Both are the same cotton and silk in the same fine knit.

How do returns work if it doesn't fit?

Open our return portal and choose your new size: it ships as soon as your return is on its way, and you don't need to place a new order. Prefer a different colour or model? Choose store credit and order again, or choose a refund. Costs per country are on our returns page.

Is there a warranty on my ETQ product?

Yes, manufacturing defects are covered by the statutory warranty. Something not right? Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll find a solution together. Normal wear and damage from use are not covered.
