How to measure each point

1Waist Measure across the top of the waistband from one side to the other.

2Hip Lay the pants flat and measure across the widest part of the hips, usually 12 cm below the waist.

3Leg opening Measure flat from seam to seam across the bottom of the pant leg.

Inseam Measure from the crotch along the inside seam down to the bottom of the leg.

Length Measure from the bottom of the waistband down to the bottom of the leg.

The TP 01 is cut slim through the leg, in a dense Punto di Roma double knit at 305 g/m² that gives rather than resists, so it holds a clean line all day. Tailored in the eye, easy on the body. The second version: we changed what needed changing and left the rest alone.

Material info

Wrinkle-resistant, soft like a baby, and slightly elastic. This is Italian quality, knitted to perfection. Punti Di Roma has a heavy, rich quality as the stitches interlock on both sides of the fabric. The best part: it’s recovery properties. This fabric stays in shape. And so will you.

Insured in transit

Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.

Ordering from outside the EU?

Outside the EU (except the UK), you don’t pay Dutch VAT: the 21% comes off your order automatically at checkout, as soon as you enter your address or switch country or currency. 5% import duty and 5% VAT generally apply, plus a FedEx handling fee, on or after delivery.

Good to know

  • Send your items back clean and unworn, with their tags and packaging. That way we can process them quickly.
  • Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
  • Returning more than one item? We charge a €2 handling fee for each extra item.
  • You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
  • Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.
  • If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may refund it in part or not at all.

Questions about the TP 01 Essence Slim 2.0

How does the TP 01 fit?

True to size: take your usual waist size; between sizes, take the smaller one. It is sized by width and length, and it runs relatively long, so order one length shorter than you usually do.

What is the fabric like?

Premium Punto di Roma at 305 g/m²: a dense double knit that holds its shape. 64% viscose, 30% polyester, 6% elastane.

How do I wash it, and will it shrink?

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out and on a gentle cycle. That is all it needs to keep its shape and colour. It is pre-washed, so it will not shrink on you after the first wash.

Slim or Straight: what is the difference?

Same knit, same give. The Slim is slim through the leg and holds a clean line. The Straight runs the same width from the knee to the hem and falls over the shoe, with more room.

How do returns work if it doesn't fit?

Open our return portal and choose your new size: it ships as soon as your return is on its way, and you don't need to place a new order. Prefer a different colour or model? Choose store credit and order again, or choose a refund. Costs per country are on our returns page.

Is there a warranty on my ETQ product?

Yes, manufacturing defects are covered by the statutory warranty. Something not right? Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll find a solution together. Normal wear and damage from use are not covered.

Do you have a store?

We don't have our own store: ETQ is online only. You order here and try everything on at home. If it isn't right, you can exchange or return it through our return portal.
