How to measure each point

1Waist Measure across the top of the waistband from one side to the other.

2Hip Measure across the trousers at the hip point.

3Inseam Measure from the crotch along the inside seam down to the bottom of the leg.

4Leg opening Measure flat from seam to seam across the bottom of the leg.

Thigh Measure flat at the cross seam.

Knee Measure flat across the knee, midway between the crotch and the hem.

Front rise Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband at the front.

Back rise Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband at the back.

Portuguese Weave
A structured polyester and viscose blend with elastane. Polyester (66%) provides shape retention and durability, essential for a tailored piece. Viscose (28%) brings a refined surface and breathability, elevating the everyday wear. Elastane (6%) ensures subtle comfort without compromising the silhouette. The result: a weave that holds its form, feels considered, and moves with you. Made in Portugal.

  • We ship on working days. On New Year’s Day, King’s Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, we take a day off.
  • Delivery times are a guide. Very occasionally it takes a day longer, for example while your payment is still being processed.
  • We don’t deliver to PO boxes.

Insured in transit

Your order is insured until it reaches you. Sometimes we ask for a signature on delivery; from then on, the parcel is your responsibility. If someone else signs for you, their signature counts as proof of delivery.

Ordering from outside the EU?

Outside the EU (except the UK), you don’t pay Dutch VAT: the 21% comes off your order automatically at checkout, as soon as you enter your address or switch country or currency. 5% import duty and 5% VAT generally apply, plus a FedEx handling fee, on or after delivery.

Good to know

  • Send your items back clean and unworn, with their tags and packaging. That way we can process them quickly.
  • Underwear can only be returned with the seal intact.
  • Returning more than one item? We charge a €2 handling fee for each extra item.
  • You can also send your return with your own carrier. Even so, we recommend our return portal: if your parcel goes missing on the way, we’re responsible, and we process your return faster. We can’t reimburse the cost of your own carrier.
  • Price difference because of a promotion? We make up for it with a voucher.
  • If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may refund it in part or not at all.

How does the TP 03 fit?

What is the fabric like?

How do I wash it?

Machine wash inside out at max. 30°C on a gentle cycle.

How does the waistband close?

A flat-front waistband with a concealed YKK zip and button, which keeps the front clean. The back pocket carries a tonal embossed ETQ logo.

How do returns work if it doesn't fit?

Open our return portal and choose your new size: it ships as soon as your return is on its way, and you don't need to place a new order. Prefer a different colour or model? Choose store credit and order again, or choose a refund. Costs per country are on our returns page.

Is there a warranty on my ETQ product?

Yes, manufacturing defects are covered by the statutory warranty. Something not right? Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll find a solution together. Normal wear and damage from use are not covered.

Do you have a store?

We don't have our own store: ETQ is online only. You order here and try everything on at home. If it isn't right, you can exchange or return it through our return portal.
