You have 14 days to register your return via our returns portal.

  • Follow the steps and drop off your parcel at a nearby collection point

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 10 business days.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Socks and boxers can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal remains intact.

Select your new size in the return portal. Your replacement ships as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. No need to place a new order, we take care of that for you.

Yes. You can register multiple orders in one return shipment via our returns portal, as long as all items are within the 14-day return window. Please make sure to register all items together. Once a return has been submitted, additional orders cannot be added.
