The LS 01 without the contrast. Suede runs from the upper through to the sole, so the shoe reads as one piece rather than two. It sits lower in a room than the white-soled version does. For the days you would rather not be noticed from the ankle down.

- Handmade in Portugal, in a family-run factory we have worked with for years. Designed in The Netherlands.
- Hand-lasted, then inspected twice before it leaves the factory.
- Between 20 and 40 separate components in every pair, put together by hand.
- A reinforced toe and heel counter inside the shoe, so it still holds its shape after a year of wearing.
- The suede runs over the outsole as well, so the shoe reads as one piece from toe to heel.
- Stitched, not glued. The upper is attached to the sole with a seam, so the shoe bends where your foot bends.
- Mediterranean suede, tanned at LWG certified tanneries in Italy and Spain. Soft from the first wear, and it takes the shape of your foot within a week.
- A removable memory foam insole that softens to the shape of your foot and holds it there.
- The insole lifts straight out, so you can put in a fresh one or wear your own orthotics.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Our return policy
You can submit a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee and exchange fee depend on your country and are shown in the table below.
- Use our return portal to submit your return or exchange.
- Need a different size? You can request an exchange through our return portal.
- Items must be clean, unworn and returned with all tags and packaging in good condition.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is still intact.
- If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the refund in full or in part.
- We recommend using our return portal. If you choose your own carrier, we are not liable for loss in transit and processing may take longer.
- If you use your own carrier, those return costs will not be reimbursed.
- For returns with multiple items, a €2.00 handling fee applies for each extra item from the second item onward.
- If there is a price difference due to an ongoing promotion, this can be compensated with a voucher.

My first loafers and I dont regret it
They fit true to size for me, especially if you have a slightly wider foot. They are especially very comfortable and look great in person also.

It's a well made, nice shoe and it has a good fit
Quality is very good and I really like how it fit my foot, sometimes loafers just seems always loose, but this is not the case. Also to sole is very soft and overall a very confortable. I would have chose an half size down, if available, and also the color doesn't really match the one in the picture. I picked desert taupe over sand because it seems to be a very light brown, but when I saw it in person, it's more a light grey with very little brown in it.

I now have 2 pairs of sneakers size 41.....one pair is a little too tight, the other a little too roomy. I also have 2 pairs of loafers size 41.....even difference in fit.

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
