Nappa is the softest leather we work with, and this is the shoe built around it. Smooth enough that light runs across the upper rather than catching on it, soft enough that it gives within the first week and then stops moving. It asks nothing of you and reads clean against everything.

- Handmade in Portugal, in a family-run factory we have worked with for years. Designed in The Netherlands.
- Hand-lasted, then inspected twice before it leaves the factory.
- Between 20 and 40 separate components in every pair, put together by hand.
- A reinforced toe and heel counter inside the shoe, so it still holds its shape after a year of wearing.
- Our own sole, from our own mould, in a rubber blend we specified ourselves: enough give to walk on all day, firm enough to hold its shape.
- Stitched, not glued. The upper is attached to the sole with a seam, so the shoe bends where your foot bends.
- Nappa leather from an LWG Gold tannery in Alcanena, Portugal. Smooth enough that light runs across it rather than catching.
- A full leather lining that softens with wear and settles to the shape of the foot.
- A removable memory foam insole that softens to the shape of your foot and holds it there.
- The insole lifts straight out, so you can put in a fresh one or wear your own orthotics. Spare laces are available separately.
- Tonal metal eyelets and nylon laces, so nothing catches the eye before the shape does.
- Signed with our square at the heel.
- A reusable travel bag comes in the box, for wherever the shoes go next.
- The white box is the shipping box, so there is no second carton to throw away.

Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Our return policy
You can submit a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee and exchange fee depend on your country and are shown in the table below.
- Use our return portal to submit your return or exchange.
- Need a different size? You can request an exchange through our return portal.
- Items must be clean, unworn and returned with all tags and packaging in good condition.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is still intact.
- If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the refund in full or in part.
- We recommend using our return portal. If you choose your own carrier, we are not liable for loss in transit and processing may take longer.
- If you use your own carrier, those return costs will not be reimbursed.
- For returns with multiple items, a €2.00 handling fee applies for each extra item from the second item onward.
- If there is a price difference due to an ongoing promotion, this can be compensated with a voucher.

Feels like heaven
I have tried many white sneakers. However, these LT 01 Court Lite Premium from ETQ feel superior!. I love the soft and comfort feel and also walking is excellent as if I were walking on clouds. No cheap inlay (as many other sneaker companys use) but genuine high quality leather. This will last forever. I love my ETQs!

Fantastic Court Sneaker!
I was a bit unsure at first because the sole is chunkier than the minimal sneakers I usually go for, but on foot it actually looks cleaner and less bulky than expected. The leather feels premium, the shape still looks sleek, and the white sole gives it a bit more character without making it too loud. For me it feels like a good middle ground between a classic clean sneaker and something slightly more modern.

Really good quality well made. I have these in Black and Blueberry and will be adding a white pair.
Really uncomfortable, bad customer service
Would not recommend these trainers. They caused severe blisters after only two hours of wear, which suggests there is clearly an issue with the fit or construction. Trainers should not cause this level of discomfort in such a short period of time. Despite this, the company refused to allow a return and only sent what appeared to be generic AI-generated responses rather than properly addressing the issue.

Runs too big and looks bulky
This is a high quality shoe made of buttery smooth leather. It is not the average leather shoe that feels rigid to begin with and softens with use. This shoe is soft and ready to wear just out of the box.

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
