All orders are insured until the moment of delivery.

A signature may be required upon delivery. From that moment, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If you choose to have the parcel delivered to someone else, their signature serves as confirmation of successful delivery.

Ordering outside the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom? Dutch VAT is automatically removed. The 21% deduction is applied once you select your delivery country or change your country and currency. Clear. No surprises.

Orders shipped outside the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom, are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. Import duties and local taxes are not included in the product price. These charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery. In many cases, this amounts to approximately 5% of the purchase value. Rates vary by country.
