Returning a product is easy. Click the button below to submit your return or exchange request via our online return portal.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Exchanges for size can be arranged via the return portal.
- Items must be clean, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
- We may refuse refunds if returned items don’t meet the conditions.
- Items from sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set.
- Using our return portal is highly recommended for tracking and faster processing.
- Promo-related price differences can be compensated with a voucher.
- Return costs are listed below. We do not refund costs for your own carrier.
- We charge a €1,00 handling fee for each additional item returned.

How to return or exchange
- Go to the return portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s), reason(s), and choose refund or exchange.
- Download your return label.
- Non-EU (except UK): request 3 printed invoices via service@etq-amsterdam.com and attach them to your parcel.
- UK returns go to our UK warehouse using the portal label.
- Drop off your return at your nearest parcel shop.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Returns from outside the EU (except UK) are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). All customs charges, taxes and duties are your responsibility.
We cannot reimburse or estimate these costs. Please check with your local customs office.
What's next?
We process returns within 10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation when your refund or exchange has been completed.
