Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Shipping exceptions due to holidays
We do not ship orders on the following public holidays:

Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Our return policy
- Upon arrival of your order, you have 14 days to submit a return or exchange through our return portal.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size via our return portal.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear is sealed upon delivery and can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is still intact. If the seal has been broken or removed, the return cannot be accepted.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack can only be returned or exchanged together as a complete set.
- We strongly recommend using our returns portal to return products. If you choose not to use it, we are not liable for any potential loss of the return and processing may take longer.
- Price difference due to ongoing promotions can be compensated with a voucher.
- The cost of a return or exchange is shown in the table below.
- Costs incurred for returns using a carrier of choice cannot be reimbursed.
- When returning multiple items, we charge a €2,00 handling fee for each additional item.

Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

2. Sleeve length
Starting at the shoulder seam, measure down to the end of the sleeve.
3. Pit to Pit / Chest
Measure from one armpit seam to the other, straight across the front.
4. Total length
Measure from the top of the shoulder, where the seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
