Crafted from full-grained leather with a soft leather lining, our classic Chelsea boot is a true wardrobe essential. Not much has changed in its silhouette over the years, but we always find ways to finetune the design further. It’s what we like to call our same-but-better philosophy. The slim and narrow last upper stands on a rubber welted outsole with a commando profile.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Our return policy
You can submit a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee and exchange fee depend on your country and are shown in the table below.
- Use our return portal to submit your return or exchange.
- Need a different size? You can request an exchange through our return portal.
- Items must be clean, unworn and returned with all tags and packaging in good condition.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is still intact.
- If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the refund in full or in part.
- We recommend using our return portal. If you choose your own carrier, we are not liable for loss in transit and processing may take longer.
- If you use your own carrier, those return costs will not be reimbursed.
- For returns with multiple items, a €2.00 handling fee applies for each extra item from the second item onward.
- If there is a price difference due to an ongoing promotion, this can be compensated with a voucher.

When it comes to materials, our bar is high. No shortcuts. ETQs premium suedes and leathers are smooth like butter and cherry-picked per shoe. Obsessive, yes. But: soon after wearing ETQ you will notice the quality difference.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.

Top quality
I’ve actually been wearing Chelsea boots for years, but so far these ones from ETQ are the best in terms of quality and design. I’m going to buy the brown pair too. Highly recommended!

High quality but way to stiff in the back
I love the design and overall quality however the inner back of the shoe is super stiff so I always have pain wearing them
Poor service & shoe
The ETQ ankle boots arrived in poor condition. The damage is clearly due to a quality defect and not to use. This is absolutely disappointing for a product in this price range. Even more annoying was the way customer service dealt with the problem: Instead of acknowledging the obvious defect, I was blamed. Customer service was uncooperative and not very solution-oriented.
Good boots, fit very well
Very poor customer service! Order before Christmas, had wrong size sent, returned for exchange, parcel returned to sender and wasn’t given full instructions of how to return, was told correct ones would be sent out, when asking for tracking I get told no longer have the size I need and won’t be getting them again! Was then offered a voucher!!!!!

Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.

Choose the larger size. Feet naturally expand throughout the day, so measuring in the evening usually gives the most accurate result.
